Can I change my order? 

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you to change it prior to despatch.

Can I cancel my order? 
Once your order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled on the website. Once the goods have been received they may be returned. Please refer to our terms & conditions for our returns policy and procedures, or for more details about your rights of cancellation.
What if I forget my password? 
On the Sign In page click on the link for forgotten password and follow the instructions on screen. 
What if there's a problem with my order?

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all of the UK and selected European countries. Please note we DO NOT deliver to PO box or BFPO numbers.
